Custom and Special Orders:

Custom or Special order items require prepayment before shipping. These items include: items that are made to order, painted to order, special size or otherwise not ordinarily stocked.

Return Policy:

Custom and special order items as defined above may not be returned.

All items returned must be in new condition in the original packaging along with all paperwork and instructions. Any returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. We will inspect all returns to ensure they conform.

A return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the return package is required before we will accept it. Call for the number. Any shipments without this number clearly visible will be returned to the sender.

There will be absolutely no returns after 30.

There are some items marked as "non returnable" so please read all text about a product before ordering.

All other items will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs and Credits:

All credits will be applied to the original credit card used for the purchase along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will not be credited unless the return is the result of our error or a manufacturing defect.
